DATA SAFETY
Digital Video Recording (DVR) and Surveillance cameras throughout. Access doors and gates are electronically controlled. Safety screened and bonded personnel.
The security and protection of your media is insured via separate facilities for all the paper products, microforms, such as microfilm and microfiche, and computer media. Our climate controlled vaults are protected by an automated Halon 1301 or FM 200 fire suppression system. Unlike most buildings, including server rooms and other vaulting facilities, our vaults do not use damaging water for fire control. Temperature and humidity control to exacting ANSI standards. Automatic auxiliary power generators. Intrusion and fire alarms directly connected to law enforcement and fire fighting agencies.
DATA SECURITY
We offer the only facilities in California that are outside of both the 500 year flood plains and away from active earthquake fault zones as determined by the US Army Corps of Engineers (One of our distinguished clients). Transportation of materials loaded indoors to protect against the elements. Security vehicles are heavy duty, telephone equipped, alarmed, climate controlled, and protected by Halon fire extinguishers.

Emergency retrieval is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We pick up and deliver directly from your facility or hot-site.
