Vanguard Vaults Acquires DPSI In Simi Valley and Montclair, CA

Sacramento, CA  Vanguard Vaults, Inc., a California company specializing in off-site data storage, off-site records management, and certified document destruction, has acquired DPSI in Simi Valley and Montclair, CA, which currently services Los Angeles and San Diego, California. This is Vanguard Vaults fourth acquisition in the off-site data storage and records management industry, and first transaction in 2005. The transaction represents a significant market share increase for Vanguard Vaults, Inc.

DPSI's owners, Brian Levine and Randy Tennant, will continue to operate from Southern California offices as partners with Vanguard Vaults. Together they bring over 30 years of hands-on experience in the off-site data storage industry.
